LTC encourages and welcomes parental participation in the decision-making associated with our school. One manifestation of this is the College Board.
The Board includes three parent representatives, two student representatives, two staff members, the Principal and a community representative. Meetings are held six times a year, and the Board considers matters such as:
- College financial oversight
- Curriculum offerings (adopting new courses)
- School improvement (strategic and operational plans, monitoring progress, formal reporting)
- Community involvement in the college
Parents are invited to make contact with the Board Chair or via their parent representatives. Details are made available on our website following the Board elections each year.
