Developing your skills in English is essential for any career or field of study that you choose. Not only will you be developing your communication skills, but you will also be honing the critical skills needed to survive in the outside world.
Do the Accredited English course if you do not intend to enter a tertiary institution (CIT or university) after College.
If you do want to enter a tertiary institution after College and achieve a high level of proficiency in language and in responding to literature, you will need to enrol in the Tertiary English course. (Note: not all CIT courses require Tertiary English)

The course is designed for students whose first language is not English but have studied some English previously either overseas or in Australia. ESL can be studied at T or A level. The following units are offered:
