Automotive Technology (A/V)
If you are considering a possible pathway into the automotive trade or if you are interested in learning how to maintain your car, this course is for you! This course is provided for students who have a general interest in automotives and also for those who may wish to pursue a career and further studies in the Automotive service and repair industry.
CAD (A/T) + CAD 3D Animation (T)
If you seek further fields of study which require the production of associated 2D and 3D drawings and computer based drawing design skills, this is for you. Architecture, Engineering, Surveying, Graphic Design, Drafting, Game Design and 3D Animation are typical examples. The A course varies from the T course in the depth of cover and the design content in the assessment instruments. Throughout the course you will study CAD in a modern, dedicated computer laboratory with a variety of software packages including: Vectorworks, 3d Studio Max, Cinema 4d and Microstation.

Fashion Design (A/T)
The Fashion Design course is a new ‘system’ course based on the design process within the Fashion and Interior design domains. The Tertiary stream is becoming increasingly popular. Students work on design briefs to solve particular problems. The work required of each student is negotiated and takes into account each student’s level of skill. Previous textiles experience is not essential.
Food and Living (A)
This course offers you the opportunity to develop skills in meal preparation and planning. It is useful for students who wish to work in the hospitality industry but is also useful for all students as it teaches general lifestyle management skills.
Food Industry (R)
A practical course that gives students direct experience in actual catering situations. Students are responsible for preparing and presenting food for a
variety of occasions. The hospitality industry is observed by excursion, and work experience in this area is encouraged.
Food Science and Management (T)
This course is designed for students who have a general interest in Home Economics and wish to extend their knowledge and skills at a tertiary level. It provides valuable experience for students considering a career in hospitality, food styling, marketing, food science, nutrition, nursing, community service and other related fields..

Metal Technology (A)
This course is aimed at students who are seeking a career in the Metals, Engineering and Related Services Industry (this includes fitting & machining, light fabrication & boilermaking), the Automotive, Building and Electrotechnology Industries and any other industry that requires the skills and knowledge covered in this course, or, desire a foundation of skills and knowledge that can be built upon as the need arises.
Wood Technology (A)
This course is aimed at those students who would like to develop their skills and knowledge in the area of woodwork. This course is most useful pre-vocational experience for related industries, an outlet for those who enjoy working in wood and a useful life skill. Previous experience is not required to enroll in this course. A wide range of individual interests is catered for, including; woodturning, furniture construction, cabinet making and wooden toy making
